Salačova Lhota is a village and municipality (obec) in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 5.96 square kilometres (2.30 sq mi), and has a population of 137 (as at 2 October 2006).

Salačova Lhota lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) north-west of Pelhřimov, 47 km (29 mi) west of Jihlava, and 75 km (47 mi) south-east of Prague.
