The Keitokuzan Chōhō-ji (慶徳山 長保寺) is a temple of the Tendai sect in Kainan, Wakayama Prefecture, Japan. It was first established under Emperor Ichijō's instruction in 1000, and has underwent several reconstructions since then.

Chōhō-ji's Main Hall, Pagoda and Daimon are National Treasure of Japan.
