Chelčice is a municipality and village in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 400 inhabitants.
Chelčice lies approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) south-east of Strakonice, 29 km (18 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 110 km (68 mi) south of Prague.
