Truskovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 6.22 square kilometres (2.40 sq mi), and has a population of 187 (as at 28 August 2006).

Truskovice lies approximately 26 kilometres (16 mi) south-east of Strakonice, 28 km (17 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 111 km (69 mi) south of Prague.
