Felsőkelecsény is a village in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County in northeastern Hungary. As of 2008 it had a population of 420.[1] Located in the valley of Csörgős-stream with the neighbour villages Zubogy and Felsőnyárád. Has also road connection with Rudabánya on the east.
