Hérouville-en-Vexin (French pronunciation: ​[eʁuvil ɑ̃ vɛksɛ̃], literally Hérouville in Vexin; before 2017: Hérouville)[3] is a commune in the Val-d'Oise department in Île-de-France in northern France.
