Jezernice is a village and municipality (obec) in Přerov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 9.27 square kilometres (3.58 sq mi), and has a population of around 660.

Jezernice lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) north-east of Přerov, 29 km (18 mi) east of Olomouc, and 239 km (149 mi) east of Prague.
