Radíkov (German: Radelsdorf) is a village and municipality (obec) in Přerov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 7.04 square kilometres (2.72 sq mi), and has a population of 144 (as at 2 October 2006).

Radíkov lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) north-east of Přerov, 31 km (19 mi) east of Olomouc, and 240 km (149 mi) east of Prague.
