Sobíšky is a village and municipality (obec) in Přerov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 2.93 square kilometres (1.13 sq mi), and has a population of 170 (as at 3 July 2006).

Sobíšky lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north of Přerov, 17 km (11 mi) south-east of Olomouc, and 227 km (141 mi) east of Prague.
