Kameničná is a village and municipality (obec) in Ústí nad Orlicí District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 5.85 square kilometres (2.26 sq mi), and has a population of 347 (as at 2 October 2006).

Kameničná lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) north of Ústí nad Orlicí, 48 km (30 mi) east of Pardubice, and 145 km (90 mi) east of Prague.
