Strážná is a village and municipality (obec) in Ústí nad Orlicí District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 10.64 square kilometres (4.11 sq mi), and has a population of 111 (as at 3 July 2006).

Strážná lies approximately 24 kilometres (15 mi) east of Ústí nad Orlicí, 69 km (43 mi) east of Pardubice, and 166 km (103 mi) east of Prague.
