This is a list of Belgian Academy Award winners and nominees. This list details the performances of Belgian actors, actresses, and films that have either been nominated for, or have won an Academy Award (The Oscars). This list is current as of the 93rd Academy Awards ceremony held on April 25, 2021.
Note: With her Best Actress nomination for the 2014 Belgian film Two Days, One Night, French actress Marion Cotillard became the first actor to be nominated for an Academy Award for a Belgian film.[4]

Hepburn died on January 20, 1993. On March 29, 1993, she received posthumously the award, which was voted for prior to her death. It was accepted on her behalf by her son, Sean Ferrer.[24]
‡ Dates and years listed for each ceremony were the eligibility period of film release in Los Angeles County. For the first five ceremonies, the eligibility period was done on a seasonal basis, from August to July. For the 6th ceremony, held in 1934, the eligibility period lasted from August 1, 1932, to December 31, 1933. From the 7th ceremony, held in 1935, through the 92nd ceremony, held in 2020, the period of eligibility became the full previous calendar year from January 1 to December 31. For the 93rd ceremony, held in 2021, the eligibility period was from January 1, 2020, to February 28, 2021.
