Ossetian cuisine refers to the cooking styles and dishes of the Ossetians.

Ossetian pies are Ossetian style pies. Fydzhin(Ossetian: Фыдджын,Russian: Фыдджин) is an Ossetian meat pie.

(Ossetian: æртæ чъирийы, Russian: три пирога) are important concept in ossetian culture. Three pies represent sun, earth and water.[1]

Ossetians enjoy their traditional beer in festival.[2] Eeron Bagany is a famous beer festival.
