Tvorovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Prostějov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 3.71 square kilometres (1.43 sq mi), and had a population of 337 (as at 3 July 2006).

Tvorovice lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) south-east of Prostějov, 25 km (16 mi) south of Olomouc, and 217 km (135 mi) east of Prague.
