Vrbátky is a municipality and village in Prostějov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,700 inhabitants.
Vrbátky lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north-east of Prostějov, 11 km (7 mi) south of Olomouc, and 210 km (130 mi) east of Prague.

Economy[]
In Vrbátky is a sugar factory since 1870. It was the first sugar factory in the region of Moravia.[2]
