Varetz (French pronunciation: ​[vaʁɛs] or [vaʁɛts]; Occitan: Vares) is a commune in the Corrèze department in central France.

It lies in the urban area of Brive-la-Gaillarde between Objat and Brive-la-Gaillarde at the confluence of the Vézère and the Loire.
