Wokingham Borough Council is the local authority of the Borough of Wokingham in Berkshire, England. It is a unitary authority, having the powers of a non-metropolitan county and district council combined.

Elections to the council are held in three out of every four years, with one third of the 54 seats on the council being elected at each election. Since winning the 2021 election the Conservative party has had a majority on the council.
