The China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA; Chinese: 国家国际发展合作署) is a sub-ministry-level executive agency directly under the State Council of the People's Republic of China. It was formerly the Department of Foreign Aid of the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM). It aims to coordinate policies for foreign aid.[1]

The creation of the Agency was approved by the first session of the 13th National People's Congress on 17 March 2018. It was inaugurated by the State Councilor, Yang Jiechi and Foreign Minister, Wang Yi on 18 April 2018.
