The Miss Alaska's Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Alaska in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant.

Sycely Wheeles of Anchorage was crowned Miss Alaska's Outstanding Teen on June 17, 2021 at the Performing Arts Center in Anchorage, Alaska. She competed in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2022 pageant at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando on July 30th, 2021 in Orlando, Florida.
