The Miss Minnesota's Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Minnesota in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant.

Bella Grill of Lino Lakes was crowned Miss Minnesota's Outstanding Teen on March 14, 2020 at Central Lakes College in Brainerd, Minnesota. She competed for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2022 at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando on July 30th, 2021 in Orlando, Florida.
