The Miss Utah's Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Utah in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant.

Charlee Sorensen of Aurora was crowned Miss Utah's Outstanding Teen on February 29th, 2020 at the Covey Center for the Arts in Provo, Utah. She competed for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2022 at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando on July 30th, 2021 in Orlando, Florida where she placed in the Top 11 as well as winning a Preliminary Talent award and the Top Vocal Talent award.
