The Miss Oklahoma's Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Oklahoma in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant.

Ella Phillips of Tulsa was crowned Miss Oklahoma's Outstanding Teen on June 11, 2021 at the River Spirit Casino Resort in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She competed for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2022 at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando on July 30th, 2021 in Orlando, Florida where she placed in the Top 11.
