The Miss Florida's Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Florida in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant.

Ruby Tilghman of Panama City was crowned Miss Florida's Outstanding Teen on June 26, 2021 at the Youkey Theater in Lakeland, Florida. She competed for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2022 at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando on July 30, 2021 in Orlando, Florida where she was a Teens in Action Finalist.
