The Miss North Dakota's Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of North Dakota in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant.

Emma Tong of Williston was crowned Miss North Dakota's Outstanding Teen on June 11, 2021 at the Bakken Auditorium in Williston, North Dakota. She competed for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2022 at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando on July 30th, 2021 in Orlando, Florida.
