The Miss Delaware's Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Delaware in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant.

Haley Alexander of Wilmington was crowned Miss Delaware's Outstanding Teen on April 18, 2021 at Milton Theater in Milton, Delaware. She competed for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2022 at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando on July 30, 2021 in Orlando, Florida.
