The Miss Hawaii's Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative of the U.S. state of Hawaii in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant.

Ilima Sexton of Ewa Beach was crowned Miss Hawaii's Outstanding Teen on May 2, 2021 at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. She competed for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2022 at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando on July 30, 2021 in Orlando, Florida where she placed in the Top 11. She became the first Outstanding Teen from Hawaii to place at the national competition.
