The Miss Massachusetts' Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Massachusetts in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant.

Tess O’Riordan of Canton was crowned Miss Massachusetts' Outstanding Teen on May 23rd, 2021 at Keith Middle School in New Bedford, Massachusetts. She competed at Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2022 at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando on July 30th, 2021 in Orlando, Florida.
