The 2022 V.League 1 (known as the Night Wolf V.League 1 for sponsorship reasons) is the 66th professional season of the top-flight football league in Vietnam.[1] The season started on 25 February 2022.[2]

Teams[]

Due to the previous season being cancelled as a result of COVID-19 pandemic, no teams were promoted or relegated from the 2021 season.[3] All but one club from the 2021 season will contest in the league. Than Quang Ninh will not be permitted to participate due to financial reasons, leaving the league starting with just 13 clubs.[4]
