Casarecce (from Italian: casereccio, which means "homemade")[1] are short twists of pasta originating from Sicily which appear rolled up on themselves.[2]

Casarecce pairs well with cream/cheese, meat, neapolatino, seafood, pesto and vegetables.[1]
