Chagey (French pronunciation: [ʃaʒɛ]) is a commune in the Haute-Saône department in the region of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté in eastern France.

An iron foundry was established early in the nineteenth century to refine the ore from the rich mines near Bethoncourt.
