Malešovice (German: Malspitz) is a village and municipality (obec) in Brno-Country District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 9.2 square kilometres (3.6 sq mi), and has a population of 458 (as at 3 July 2006).

Malešovice lies approximately 22 kilometres (14 mi) south-west of Brno and 191 km (119 mi) south-east of Prague.
