Březina is a municipality and village in Brno-Country District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,100 inhabitants. It used to be in Blansko District. (Another municipality called Březina, now in the same district, used to be in Tišnov District.)
Březina lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) north-east of Brno and 192 km (119 mi) south-east of Prague.
