Nelepeč-Žernůvka is a village and municipality (obec) in Brno-Country District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 3.92 square kilometres (1.51 sq mi), and has a population of 87 (as at 3 July 2006).

Nelepeč-Žernůvka lies approximately 24 kilometres (15 mi) north-west of Brno and 164 km (102 mi) south-east of Prague.
