Pohořelice (Czech pronunciation: [ˈpoɦor̝ɛlɪtsɛ]; German: Pohrlitz) is a town in Brno-Country District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 5,100 inhabitants. It lies on the Jihlava River in the wine region of Mikulov.

After World War II there was an internment camp in the town for ethnic Germans, as a part of the Brno death march.
