Qui sait chanter? (English: Who can sing?)[1] is a Canadian television mystery music game show that premiered on 13 September 2021 on Noovo.[2] It is a French-language version as part of Canadian franchise in the province of Quebec based on South Korean program I Can See Your Voice.
Gameplay[]
Format[]
A guest artist and contestant are presented with a group of six "mystery singers" — some of them are good singers, and some are bad. The contestant must attempt to eliminate bad singers from the group by guessing who they are without hearing them sing. They get assistance from clues by "celebrity panelists" over the course of four rounds. The contestant will eliminate one to two singers at the end of each round and then proceeding to perform on the "stage of truth". At the end, the winning mystery singer is revealed as good or bad by means of a duet with one of the guest artists.
In the penultimate round, he/she may choose to walk away with the earned money if he/she thinks that the last mystery singer is a bad singer, or risk it all for a chance to take home the jackpot prize, otherwise.[3]
Rewards[]
The contestant earns CA$3,000 for every bad singer eliminated. If the last mystery singer is a good singer, the contestant wins a jackpot prize of CA$25,000.
Rounds[]
There are six individuals of mystery singers standing on a platform to keep identities concealed until the "stage of truth" performance.
Production[]
