Blízkov is a village and municipality (obec) in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 13.43 square kilometres (5.19 sq mi), and has a population of 325 (as at 28 August 2006).

Blízkov lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) south of Žďár nad Sázavou, 24 km (15 mi) east of Jihlava, and 132 km (82 mi) south-east of Prague.
