Obyčtov is a village and municipality (obec) in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 7.76 square kilometres (3.00 sq mi), and has a population of 398 (as at 28 August 2006).

Obyčtov lies approximately 10 kilometers (6 mi) south-east of Žďár nad Sázavou, 33 km (21 mi) east of Jihlava, and 132 km (82 mi) south-east of Prague.
