Nové Veselí is a market town in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,300 inhabitants.

Nové Veselí lies on the Oslava River, approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south-west of Žďár nad Sázavou, 27 km (17 mi) north-east of Jihlava, and 124 km (77 mi) south-east of Prague.
