Javorek is a village and municipality (obec) in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 3.9 square kilometres (1.5 sq mi), and has a population of 110 (as at 28 August 2006).

Javorek lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) north-east of Žďár nad Sázavou, 51 km (32 mi) north-east of Jihlava, and 135 km (84 mi) east of Prague.
