Mydlovary is a village and municipality (obec) in České Budějovice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 4.13 square kilometres (1.59 sq mi), and has a population of 309 (as at 31 December 2007).

Mydlovary lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) north-west of České Budějovice and 111 km (69 mi) south of Prague.
