The Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court of the United States is a Presidential Commission established by U.S. President Joe Biden to provide a bipartisan analysis of "the principal arguments in the contemporary public debate for and against Supreme Court reform".[1] The commission was established several months after former president Donald Trump nominated Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court.[2]
