Luzy (French pronunciation: ​[lyzi]) is a commune in the Nièvre department in central France.

Geography[]

The village is located in the middle of the commune, on the right bank of the river Alène.

Demographics[]

At the 1999 census, the population was 2234. On 1 January 2005, the estimate was 2077.
