Saint-Médard-de-Guizières (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ medaʁ də ɡizjɛʁ]) is a commune in the Gironde department of Nouvelle-Aquitaine in southwestern France. It has been twinned with the village of Wedmore in England since 1975.
