Martignas-sur-Jalle is a commune in the Gironde department in Nouvelle-Aquitaine in southwestern France.

Historically, the town is known to have been the theater of the  [fr], where 500 to 600 longbowmen commanded by John Talbot were slaughtered by the French cavalry commanded by the Duke of Bourbon and the Count of Foix.
