Lepsi (Adyghe: Лэпсы; Turkish: Lepsi) is a dish[1] from Circassian cuisine, eaten mainly in the Düzce area by both Circassian and Turkish people. The ingredients are beef, onion, red pepper, rice, salt, and water.
