Popara (Cyrillic: попара, Greek: παπάρα, papara,[1] Turkish: papara[2]) is a dish made with bread. It is mostly made in Bulgaria, Greece, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Turkey and Montenegro.

  • Butter
  • A teaspoon of sugar or honey
  • Sirene, kaymak, feta, white cheese or local cheese.
