Beaufort-en-Santerre (Picard: Bieufort-in-Santérre) is a commune in the Somme department in Hauts-de-France in northern France.

The commune is situated on the junction of the D329 and D161 roads, 25 kilometres (16 mi) southeast of Amiens.
