Septfontaines (French pronunciation: ​[sɛfɔ̃tɛn]) is a commune in the Doubs department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region in eastern France.

Geography[]

Septfontaines lies on the ancient royal road between Besançon and Pontarlier 6 km (3.7 mi) northeast of Pontarlier near the Swiss border.
