The one whose forehead is adorned by the rays of the Sun,

the one whose neck is embellished by streams of snow,

the land kissed by the morning sun,

That land of Arunachal is ours.

The one whose forehead is adorned by the rays of the Sun,

the one whose neck is embellished by streams of snow,

the land kissed by the morning sun,

That land of Arunachal is ours.

Mother India's beloved daughter of Arunachal is ours.

We will cherish her with love and will overcome all the dangers for her.

Our minds are restless as a stream, it cannot be cornered,

for, the land kissed by the morning sun,

That land of Arunachal is ours.

There's jhum cultivation in the fields,

there's the new paddy crop waving (with the wind)

Then there's the holy cow, revered by the village, being worshipped.

We are blessed to have people of different communities living together,

we are powerful and united as one.

For, the land kissed by the morning sun,

That land of Arunachal is ours.

The land drained by the waters of the Kameng, Siang, Lohit, Tirap and Subansiri

The land drained by the waters of the Kameng, Siang, Lohit, Tirap and Subansiri

is a pilgrim's haven, its beauty augmented by ornate flowers that adorn the snow capped mountains.

This heavenly garden of five flowers (five rivers)

is dearer to us than our lives.

For, the land kissed by the morning sun,

That land of Arunachal is ours.

The one whose forehead is adorned by the rays of the Sun,

the one whose neck is embellished by streams of snow,

the land kissed by the morning sun,

That land of Arunachal is ours.
